These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made online through the FashionFlyer store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Conditions, which complement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope & Order Eligibility
Purchases through our online store are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to decline orders that appear to be for commercial resale, wholesale, or distribution. You must provide a valid delivery address within Pakistan and functional contact details (mobile phone and email) to ensure order confirmation and shipment updates.
2. Order Placement & Verification
Once you place an order through our digital checkout drawer, you will receive an automatic on-screen confirmation and order summary. To protect against unauthorized transactions, our customer service representative will contact you via mobile phone or WhatsApp to verify order details before processing the shipment. Unverified orders may be placed on hold or canceled after 48 hours.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices on the FashionFlyer website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We offer two payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment in cash must be made to the delivery courier representative at the time of package receipt.
- FashionFlyer VIP Wallet: If you are registered and have a positive wallet balance, you may complete payments directly during checkout. Wallet deductions occur instantly upon order verification.
4. Delivery and Shipping Policies
We offer complimentary (free) delivery and luxury gift packaging on all orders nationwide across Pakistan. Shipping timelines are as follows:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): Guaranteed next-day delivery for all orders placed and verified before 3:00 PM.
- Other Cities (including Bahawalpur, Multan, Faisalabad): Delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
- Orders are dispatched via our premium courier partners. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or high-demand shopping seasons.
5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
You may modify or cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our courier partner (typically within 4 hours of order verification). Once a package has been dispatched, the order cannot be modified or canceled in transit. In such cases, you must receive the shipment and then proceed via our standard return policy.
